For live plants, it is hard to guarantee it can arrive in perfect condition. Don't worry slight damages. If some leaves or branches dropped, most of them can grow into a new plants.In rare cases, some kinds of tender plants may be undesired badly damaged during the shipment, and it seems hard to recover. If that happens unfortunately, feel free to send us a message with the pictures within 48 hours after you have received the plants. The picture request showing the plant in the original pot,no repotting, with the badly damaged stems. We will help you out. But We are not responsible for USPS shipping delay damage or mishandling, heat/cold damage. You can choose to upgrade shipment to USPS Priority which covered insurance up to $100 . Also, you can add Heatpack for cold weather protect during winter season.
Due to a lack of light and water during shipping, plants may lose coloration or shrink due to dehydration. Simply leave them at bright location without direct sunlight to recover. Later you can water them.Also the same kind of succulents differ in color based on season and the sunlight condition. With proper care and abundant sunlight, the color will be vivid.
