Shipping is via USPS First Class within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

For succulents, due to lighting and screen display differences, the color of the plant in the photo may vary from the actual plant. Additionally, the same type of succulent may vary in color depending on the season and lighting conditions.

For cacti, some species look very similar. We do our best to identify the correct names, but if the listing name is inaccurate, please refer to the picture as the standard. Thank you for your understanding.

However, as these are live plants, we cannot guarantee they will arrive in perfect condition. Minor damage is possible during transit. If a few leaves or branches fall off, they can often be propagated into new plants.

We do our best to package all live plants securely. However, as live plants can be sensitive to transit conditions, minor cosmetic damage (such as slight leaf loss or shrinkage) may occur. If your plant arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the original condition and pot. We'll be happy to assist you and resolve any issues.
