Within 2 hours of purchase, if the package has not be shipped yet, we
may can cancel the order for you. After your order has been handled to
USPS, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. For live
plants, it is hard to guarantee it can arrive in perfect condition.
Don't worry slight damages. If some leaves or branches dropped, most of
them can grow into a new plants. In rare care, you received wrong plants
or badly damaged plants which is hard to recover. You can send us
message with the pictures (plants in the original pot, no repotting,
show the damage) within 48 hours after you have received the plants. We
will help you out. But We are not responsible for USPS shipping delay
damage or mishandling, heat/cold damage. 

These plants have been grown in greenhouse conditions. They will require bright light 6-8 hours per day. Besides, Water management is important. Water them thoroughly when the soil is dry, usually once every one to two weeks. Also, having well-draining soil is crucial for plants. If you have any other question, feel free to contact us. Due to a lack of light and water during shipping, plants may lose coloration or shrink due to dehydration. Simply leave them at bright location without direct sunlight to recover. Later you can water them. Don't worry if some leaves dropped, most of them can grow into a new plants.

Also the same kind of succulents differ in color based on season and the sunlight condition. With proper care and abundant sunlight, the color will be vivid.  Thank you for understanding.
